Our gluten-free pasta

Our factory is exclusively dedicated to the production of dried gluten-free pasta, in order to exclude any cross-contamination during processing.

We produce Italian pasta in a traditional way, following specific working methods: the dough is worked slowly and for a long time, the various shapes are produced using bronze dies to give our pasta its typical rough and opaque surface appearance, and finally it is let slowly dry at low temperatures, so as to keep the organoleptic characteristics of a homemade Italian product.

The pasta so obtained is of excellent quality, is never overcooked and absorb the various seasonings very well.

All our gluten-free pasta is packaged in 250g or 500g boxes depending on the shape of the pasta.
