Noodles with Walnut Sauce

Ingredients

400 grams noodles Pastificio La Rosa
15 walnut kernels
1 clove of garlic
Parmesan
50 grams butter
salt

Preparation

Crush walnut kernels in a mortar with garlic.

Cook the pasta in a large pot with salted water and drain it al dente, keeping a little cooking water.
Season the pasta with butter, walnut sauce and garlic, a lot of Parmesan cheese and serve.
