Terms and times of delivery
The goods are usually dispatched within 24 hours from order and receipt of payment.
NOTE: in the case of payment by bank transfer, the order will be processed only after verifying that the amount has been successfully transferred to our bank account; then, the goods will be dispatched after 24 hours from the date of the bank transfer.
In order to guarantee fast and safe deliveries, Pastificio La Rosa works with the couriers offering the best services and maximum reliability. Therefore, you are kindly requested to send us all the correct information on your delivery address, hours and name on the doorbell. Incomplete or inaccurate information could compromise the delivery.
Delivery times: 1-3 days for Italy, 4-5 days for Europe and non-EU countries. Each shipment will be confirmed by an e-mail to the address you provided.
You are kindly requested to provide an address where someone can collect the goods. Should the deliver attempt made at the address provided be unsuccessful, the goods will be stored in the courier's warehouse; if not collected within 5 working days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
NOTE: please provide a delivery address where we can always find you and the times in which you are available to collect the goods.
We carefully protect your goods to ensure that they are not damaged upon delivery; in the case of evident external damage or presumed alterations (e.g. fake packaging tapes, broken cartons, etc.), we recommend that you accept the goods and write on the courier’s delivery note the clause "accepted subject to inspection" as well as information on the damage.
In this event, please notify us via e-mail; in the case of damaged goods, we will replace them as soon as possible at our expense.
In the case of perfect external conditions of the packaging, and only as a precaution you can still accept the delivery “subject to inspection” by writing it on the courier’s delivery note.

Shipping costs vary depending on the country and region of delivery. Shipping costs are calculated automatically and entered in the payment form on the website during the online purchase.

Shipping to Italy - except Calabria, Sicily and Sardinia

- from 3 to 10 kg shipping costs are € 9.00
- from 10 to 20 kg shipping costs are € 11.00
- from 20 to 30 kg shipping costs are € 14.00
- from 30 to 50 kg shipping costs are € 18.00
- up to 100 Kg shipping costs are € 35.00
Shipping to Calabria and Sicily
- from 0 to 3 kg shipping costs are € 5.00
- from 3 to 10 kg shipping costs are € 14.00
- from 10 to 20 kg shipping costs are € 17.00
- from 20 to 30 kg shipping costs are € 18.00
- from 30 to 50 kg shipping costs are € 23.00
- up to 100 Kg shipping costs are € 39.00
Shipping to Sardinia
