The following terms and conditions apply to the sale of our products. However, we reserve the right to change these conditions. The validity of new terms and conditions will be effective from their publishing on our website, when they will enter into force.

In the event that a product is defective, the consumer must notify us within 2 days of receipt, by e-mail or by calling our company at the following number:

The defective product must be sent back to Pastificio La Rosa, that will verify any defects and send an identical one in replacement.

Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 206/05 the private consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without any loss and without any explanation.
To exercise this right, the consumer must send Pastificio La Rosa a communication within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the products.
This communication must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address:

The purchased product must be intact and returned with the original packaging, complete in all its parts. To limit damages to the original packaging, we recommend sending it in an outer box.
The product must be sent to the address above within 14 working days from the notice of withdrawal.
The right of withdrawal is totally lost in the case of opened packages, an ascertained even partial use of the goods and any consumables, lack of the external packaging, damages to the product for reasons other than its transport.
In the above mentioned cases, Pastificio La Rosa will return the purchased goods to the consumer, charging the shipping costs.

The shipment of returned goods is under the full responsibility of the consumer until it is delivered to our warehouse. Pastificio la Rosa is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.

The return costs are charged to the consumer.
Pastificio la Rosa will refund the consumer the full amount already paidas quickly as possible and in any case within 30 days from the return of the goods, by means of the cancellation procedure of the amount charged to the Credit Card or by Bank Transfer.
The customer shall promptly provide the details of the bank account on which to obtain the refund (IBAN Code of the holder of the invoice).

Unavailability of products
In the event that a product is not available in stock, Pastificio La Rosa undertakes to promptly notify the customer, who may decide to cancel the order.
